My first examination yielded the following consistencies, and were provided to the FBI in March of 2009. I met with Chris Hopkins FBI Agent for the Sacramento Field Office, and spent 2 1/2 hours discussing the findings.

I believe without a doubt Jack Tarrance was the zodiac killer. I studied this case deeply when Dennis began releasing information about his stepfather Jack. The recordings of Jack, the vehicles Jack owned, the multiple mugshots (plural) resembling Jack during different time periods, Jacks military background the list goes on and on and on. Jack Tarrance was the Zodiac Killer. I contacted Dennis many many years ago to offer him support. This woman knows the truth as well. Zodiac was Jack Tarrance.
